Flexibility and choice the key

National Homes has launched its latest range of homes, called the QV Series, which aims to provide homebuyers with a complete package offering both quality and value.
“The current market is looking for flexibility, choice and transparency when choosing their builder,” explained National Homes brand manager, Tony Harvie.
“By allowing each design to be placed on three different sized lots, we are catering to the market as a whole. No matter what frontage your block has, the design will encapsulate the luxury and style National Homes is proud of.”
Each of the homes also includes full ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning, Gainsborough G+ integrated security system, double vanity basins in the ensuite, 31-course ceilings in the living area, stone benchtops, 900mm kitchen appliances, instantaneous gas hot water system and a technology package.
“We received an overwhelming response to the introduction of the G security system to our homes last year, and look forward to providing the same cutting edge technology with this range of homes,” Mr Harvie said.
“Fully ducted-reverse cycle air-conditioning is also something that most Australian families see as a necessity today, so it seemed only natural to include it as part of the package.”
