Because we're so confident in the trades people we choose to work on the construction of your home, and because only the highest quality materials are specified throughout its construction, we are able to offer the following guarantee -

Lifetime Structural Guarantee

The Builder guarantees the structure of the Works for the lifetime of the Proprietor's occupancy of the Works with a minimum of six years applying (i.e. the first six years is transferable). This guarantee only extends to Works carried out in accordance with the Builder's standard specifications that form part of the Contract Documents. Any structural defects that result from fire, explosion, earthquake, flood, lightning storm and tempest, rioting and civil commotion, the negligent or willful acts of any third parties or the Proprietors and any work carried out by the Proprietor or the Proprietor's Contractors or agents does not form part of the Builder's structural warranty.
